Having trouble? These suggestions may or may not help.

• All audio files are posted in WMA (Windows Media Audio) format. They should play on any Windows machine with Windows Media Player installed. Many other popular players will also play this format.
• All supplemental notes are posted in PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format. Many browsers have an applet installed that will automatically open these files in your browser window. When it opens, you can save the file to your hard disk by going to the ‘File’ menu and selecting ‘Save Page As…’ If you CANNOT open these files, then you will need to download the Adobe Reader through the link at right.
• If you choose to download the audio files for use offline, then beware of the very large file sizes (up to 10 MB is possible). This means that downloads may take a long time, especially if you are using a dial-up connection. Using broadband, it should take about 2-3 minutes.
