Training National Leadership

For a truly indigenous church to be established, training national leadership is not an optional task. Since our goal is to see churches established that share our Baptist convictions, we must be willing to train those whom God raises up for church leadership. Chinese Baptist Bible College is a small training institute established for this purpose. Matt has taught regularly for many years in this school and is currently functioning as the Director. Most of our current students are individuals seeking to improve their ability to serve within the local church; only one current student is pursuing full-time ministry. Please pray that God would touch the hearts of many men and women to give their lives to serving God full-time as pastors, pastor’s wives, missionaries, and Christian workers to lead the church in the next generation.
